By accessing kaldera.cfd or downloading anything from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the site and delete anything you have downloaded. We may refuse access to anyone at any time for any reason.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software or any part of it, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction.
If the application gets patched, we will try to fix it as soon as possible. Feel free reach out to our staff and community.
The Free plan is unlocked by completing the steps shown before the download becomes available. The Premium plan is offered at the price displayed at checkout. Features, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice, and completing steps or paying does not entitle you to any particular feature or result.
Free-plan steps link to websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, advertisements, or availability, and you visit them at your own risk. Any time you spend there is your own choice, and we cannot guarantee that a step will register as complete if you leave early or close the window.
You agree not to use this site or the software to break the law, harm other people, harass anyone, or interfere with the operation of the site, its servers, or its users. You also agree not to use the software to deceive other players or to misrepresent it as a working tool for any game. We may share information about how the software is used with the moderators of our community in order to enforce these rules.
This is not a real cheat. Cheating breaks Ubisoft's EULA. Your product is a 1/1 replica of a cheat menu. Anyone who attempts to use it as a real cheat is acting against the rules of the game and of our community, and may be removed from it.
The software and the site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim that arises from your use of the site or the software, including any action taken against you by a game publisher, platform, or community.
We may suspend or end your access at any time if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the site after an update means that you accept the new version. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
You may advertise this as much as you want, but spreading hate is agaist the terms and conditions.
